We treat every order as a bespoke one, so our SHOP works only for samples.
To order you need to contact us with chosen design (or your ideas), rough numbers and your wedding date.

Request a quote or email us for a bespoke design so we can then discuss your ideas to get a better understanding of what you are looking for. We also need to know your estimated numbers.
PRICING
We’ll put together a detailed quote based on your requirements and will happily answer any of your questions before we move forward.
BOOKING
Once you are happy with your quote, we will send you an invoice and when the payment is made, we will start working on your order.
Lead time is approx 3 weeks from the full payment till delivery.
If you are not ready to place an order, but wish to reserve a production slot in advance, you may pay £50 non-refundable fee to do so. Please email us with the date you need your stationery to be delivered by, to check availability and to agree a slot. The deposit will then be deducted from your order total.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before we begin to work on any part of your order (including preview) – it means it should be done about 3 weeks at the latest before agreed delivery date.
HOW TO PAY?
We will send you a PayPal invoice to your email address – you don’t need to have a PayPal account though, it can be paid by credit or debit card. Alternatively we can send you bank details with appropriate reference if you prefer to pay by a bank transfer.
When placing an order with us you are agreeing to our T&C’s so please make sure you read and understand them fully.
COLLECTING THE DETAILS
Once you’ve paid your invoice, you’ll receive a confirmation and further details by email.
You’ll get a link to an online form with all the colours, patterns and wording choices (including templates) and space for your details or to upload files (pdf, doc, xlsx).
Alternatively you can send them in a Facebook or Instagram message or to our email.
Please note we do not accept pictures or screenshots with your wording or guest list.
PROOF & AMENDS
Once your booking has been secured and you have provided wording for your stationery, we will prepare a digital preview (it may take up to 5 days).
Then you will have a chance to make any changes you need.
There is no limit to amendments; we work on the wording and layout until you’re fully satisfied.
APPROVAL
Once proofs are approved we will prepare one invitation to show you a photo of the final effect. You will be able to check colours and overall look (picture sent).
PRINT & ASSEMBLY
After acceptance we will print your order. All our items are hand-made so please be aware it takes time.
Every piece of stationery is quality checked by us personally, before packaging and adding the finishing touches.
DELIVERY
Finally your stationery will be posted by first class, recorded, making sure your package reaches you safely and is delivered on time.
You can also collect it in person from our studio in Eastbourne.
On the day stationery
We strongly advise that you order your invitations and ‘on the day’ items at the same time. This is to guarantee the availability of all materials to be used as items such as cards, papers and embellishments are often discontinued at short notice.
If you order your invitations with immediate production and would like to have matching day stationery at a later time, please book your ‘day stationery slot production’ with £50 deposit (it will be deducted later from the quote of your order).
Rush orders
If you require your stationery within a short timescale (1 week), please contact us and we’ll make every effort to accommodate the last minute orders if possible.
Please note that the Priority Service fee is 50% of your order quote extra.
Please do get in touch sooner rather than later if you’re interested in reserving a slot or even just in need of a quote as demand is high.
You only need to know approximate numbers when booking your production slot, so don’t worry about the finer details at this stage. It’s only £50 to reserve. You will be invoiced separately for the different stages of your stationery order.
